The Role

We are seeking a former Deloitte, Accenture, or similar firm leader experienced in Skills Strategy, Human Capital, or Workforce Transformation to join Skillscaper as a Partner (5% equity, not salaried).

The Partner will design and lead skills-based diagnostics and transformation strategies for governments and enterprises — defining how organizations move from traditional job frameworks to dynamic, skill-driven systems.

These diagnostics will serve as the foundation for immersive Skillscaper solutions: adaptive simulations and learning ecosystems built on our patented engine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic diagnostics and frameworks that enable the transition to skills-based organizations.
  • Collaborate with Skillscaper’s psychometric, creative, and technical teams to turn strategic insights into immersive, measurable products.
  • Partner with National Government Affairs Directors to deliver large-scale “Future of Skills” initiatives with ministries and institutions.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across government, education, and enterprise sectors.
  • Contribute thought leadership on skills intelligence, workforce agility, and organizational transformation.

Who You Are

  • Former consultant, manager, or partner from Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, EY, or similar, specialized in skills strategy or workforce transformation.
  • Deep understanding of skills frameworks, taxonomies, and capability models for national or enterprise-level clients.
  • Able to connect strategic insight with technological and human-centered innovation.
  • Strong network within government and enterprise ecosystems.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in joining as a Partner with 5% equity (not a salaried role at this time).
  • Note: This role focuses on strategic skills diagnostics and capability mapping, not on designing assessment or psychometric models.
