The Role
We are seeking a former Deloitte, Accenture, or similar firm leader experienced in Skills Strategy, Human Capital, or Workforce Transformation to join Skillscaper as a Partner (5% equity, not salaried).
The Partner will design and lead skills-based diagnostics and transformation strategies for governments and enterprises — defining how organizations move from traditional job frameworks to dynamic, skill-driven systems.
These diagnostics will serve as the foundation for immersive Skillscaper solutions: adaptive simulations and learning ecosystems built on our patented engine.
