A technology solutions company is seeking a Partner Operations Specialist in the United Kingdom. This role is responsible for managing partner operations, resolving inquiries, and coordinating sales reporting. Successful candidates will have 2–5 years of experience in partner operations and strong interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce.

As a Partner Operations Specialist, you’ll be the operational backbone of our partner ecosystem. You’ll coordinate across internal teams and external partners to streamline processes, resolve issues, and ensure our partners have the tools and support they need to succeed.
You will have primary responsibility for partner sales management – including revops interface, partner sales and pipeline reporting, partner deal registration management, weekly and monthly reporting, and reseller operations. You will also have responsibility for coordinating partner enablement, partner portal management, partner marketplace program management, and contract management support.
Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries from existing partners around onboarding and operational support
Resolve routine and complex partner issues by collaborating across sales, finance, and legal teams
Maintain and update partner records, deal registrations, and program compliance
Own purchase order coordination and tracking for channel sales
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of partner performance metrics
Streamline partner attribution across internal systems (i.e. CRM)
Liaise with Partner Managers, Sales Ops, and Marketing to support partner events, campaigns and initiatives
Provide feedback to internal teams to improve partner programs and processes
Assist in the development and rollout of partner enablement tools and documentation
Develop deep expertise in PROS Partner Programs and act as a subject matter expert
Help partners navigate program requirements, incentives, and benefits
Advocate for partner needs internally to ensure alignment and success
We are looking for candidates who possess the rare combination of the following achievements, skills and behaviors:
2–5 years of experience in partner operations, channel management, or sales support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across cultures and time zones
Detail‑oriented and organized, with a knack for solving problems and improving processes
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), partner portals, and reporting tools
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
