A global gastronomy authority in the United Kingdom is seeking an organised and proactive Partner Operations Coordinator to support the delivery of sponsor visibility across events. This full-time role involves planning, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring high standards of sponsor requirements. Ideal candidates will have experience in logistics and event operations. We have offices in Gatwick, Brighton and London, UK; Montpellier, France; Singapore and Chicago, US. In line with the Company’s current Agile Working Policy, the successful candidate would be eligible to work part of the week from our Gatwick offices and to work remotely for the rest of the week.

We are seeking an organised and proactive Partner Operations Coordinator to support the delivery of our sponsors’ visibility across events. This role is central to ensuring that sponsor branding and assets are prepared, tracked, and implemented seamlessly on‑site, helping us give our Partners the best possible experience.
Reporting into the Partner Operations Manager within the Operations Team, you will be supporting event preparation, liaising with suppliers and ensuring all sponsor requirements are delivered to a high standard. This is a role for someone who thrives on organisation, problem‑solving, and seeing plans come to life in a fast‑paced events environment.
