Job description

As Partner Marketing Director, you’ll lead the pan‑EMEA strategy for HBO Max's partner marketing initiatives. Reporting to the VP of Growth & Partnership Marketing, you’ll drive subscriber growth and channel performance through strategic collaborations with digital platforms, wholesale partners, affiliates, and enterprise brands. You’ll oversee and build a high‑performing team and ensure consistent execution of global best practices across all partner touchpoints.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the EMEA Partner Marketing team to drive subscriber growth, maximize revenue, and optimize channel performance for HBO Max.
  • Own and execute partner marketing strategy for global platforms and pan‑EMEA partners, ensuring alignment with local teams.
  • Manage relationships with connected device platforms, app stores, and wholesale partners to maximize merchandising and editorial opportunities.
  • Oversee creative delivery and campaign approvals, ensuring brand consistency and high‑quality execution.
  • Identify and activate new growth opportunities with retail and wholesale partners, tracking performance against KPIs.
  • Deliver insights and reporting to EMEA and global leadership on partnership performance and marketing impact.

Hybrid Working

This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model that combines remote and in‑office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
