The Opportunity

As a Partner Manager, you will build and nurture relationships with resellers, consultants, and service providers who introduce the solution to new customers. You’ll have real independence to set your strategy, train partners, and guide them from first contact to closing deals. Working directly with founders, your work will have a clear, visible impact as you help shape a function central to the company’s future and growth into new markets.

What You'll Do
  • Recruit and onboard new inbound partners like IT consultants, software resellers, and service providers
  • Assess and qualify incoming leads from marketing, referrals, and events
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners to ensure their success
  • Help partners with go-to-market plans, providing training, resources, and support for selling and implementing our solutions
  • Handle contracts and proposals for partner agreements
  • Set joint goals with partners, track performance, and identify ways to grow together
  • Act as the main contact between partners and our sales, marketing, and product teams to make sure partner needs and feedback are addressed
What You Bring
  • 4+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, business development, or a similar client‑facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
  • Demonstrated experience in a sales or business development role, with a strong understanding of sales cycles and B2B markets
