SAP’s growth strategy is firmly rooted in co‑innovation and close collaboration with Global Strategic Services Partners (GSSPs). As a Partner Services Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive, end‑to‑end management of key GSSP relationships—serving as an ambassador for both SAP to the Partner and the Partner to SAP. Proactively driving partner development, you will leverage a disciplined business planning approach to expand partner engagement in alignment with SAP’s strategic priorities and the Customer Value Journey.

This field‑based, revenue‑focused position requires you to orchestrate SAP resources to maximize the partner’s SAP business potential, stimulate demand generation, elevate partner capabilities, and champion joint innovation. Through your leadership, you will enable mutual growth and lasting value for both SAP and its strategic partners.

What you’ll do – Partners’ Ecosystem Management (Strategic)
  • Act as the primary orchestrator and thought leader for all aspects of the GSSP relationship, engaging stakeholders across the customer value journey.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans, influence partner investment, and lead performance alignment with SAP and Partner teams.
  • Oversee account planning, board‑level engagement, and foster strong executive relationships between SAP and partner leadership.
  • Guide partners to embrace SAP’s Go‑to‑Market strategy, drive demand generation, and implement pipeline development initiatives to achieve growth targets.
  • Facilitate joint marketing, demand generation, and opportunity qualification to deliver outcomes in new business, revenue, and customer references.
  • Track key partner KPIs, identify opportunities for co‑innovation, and co‑develop joint go‑to‑market initiatives.
  • Enhance partner capabilities through effective training, solution positioning, and leveraging SAP resources.
  • Drive the expansion and adoption of SAP’s suite, increase cloud usage, support clean core adherence, and foster innovation in AI and consultant certification.
