Job summary

Walker Lovell is seeking a commercially minded partner-level dealmaker to lead mid-market UK M&A engagements with clear equity and ownership potential. You will originate deals, manage client and investor relationships, and guide deal teams to execution, while shaping strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading UK mid-market M&A (£20m–£100m EV typical).
• Background in a credible advisory environment – boutique, Big 4, or mid-tier firm.
• Entrepreneurial outlook and strong commercial judgement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and originate mid-market M&A transactions with full commercial visibility.
• Build and maintain strong client and investor relationships.
• Mentor and develop deal teams, ensuring excellence in process and delivery.
• Play an active role in market engagement and strategic growth initiatives.
