Kingsley Wood is a trailblazing legal consultancy offering a true partner model with autonomy, flexibility, and a strong fees share structure. We seek a Corporate Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE to join as a Partner and actively participate in business development.

You will manage client relationships and fee arrangements while leveraging your network to generate work. Candidates with an existing client following or business plan will be highly attractive.

Qualifications

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law.
• Strong technical drafting and advocacy skills.
• Comfortable generating work through existing contacts and BD initiatives.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following.
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment.

Responsibilities
