Job summary

Latham & Watkins is seeking a Partner Integration Manager based in London to join the Partner Recruiting & Integration team. This role orchestrates the smooth integration of lateral and internally promoted partners, working with wide-ranging stakeholders across the firm to ensure rapid, effective activation within the partnership.

The ideal candidate will bring a background in legal or professional services, strong interpersonal skills, and a track record of managing complex integration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Progressively responsible experience in legal or other professional services environment.
• Demonstrate superior interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and trust with lawyers and staff at all organisational levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support for each partner to foster success in the firm, connecting them with resources to facilitate integration.
• Coordinate with the Partner Recruiting team to align recruitment and integration processes.
• Collaborate to understand incoming partners’ objectives, practice areas, client base, and develop long-term integration plans.
• Develop and execute tailored integration strategies for assigned partners, aligning with the firm’s platform and culture.
• Ensure the integration strategy stays on track and identify opportunities for further integration.
