The Property Experts is seeking experienced estate professionals to join as Partner Agents, offering the security of a structured business without the upfront financial risk. You keep your existing network while accessing our infrastructure, income potential and support to grow.

Earnings are based on fees generated: you receive 70% of the fees, with an average fee around £4,000 per sale, equating to about £8,400 gross per month (£100k per year) if you complete three sales monthly.

Qualifications

• Experienced estate agent with a proven ability to win instructions and complete sales.
• Self-motivated and ready to take ownership of your own business.
• Coachable and committed to following a structured growth plan.
• Experience as Branch Manager, Lister, Valuer or Sales Manager is valued.
