The successful candidate will have the ability to combine technical excellence with commercial insight, working on both strategic advisory work and contentious employment issues across multiple sectors.
As Employment Partner, you will lead major employment mandates for national and multinational clients, advising on high-value advisory and transactional work, as well as managing select contentious matters. You will collaborate closely with Corporate, Private Equity, and HR teams on M&A, restructurings, TUPE, executive exits, and cross-border workforce projects. In addition, you will drive business development, expand client relationships, and play a central role in shaping the future of the Employment practice.
