📍 UK-Based (Remote / Flexible) | 💷 £50-55k + Performance-Based Bonus

We're looking for someone who takes initiative to join a small, creative business in the institutional finance media space, helping grow sales for high-profile events, bespoke client projects, and digital media channels across the UK and Europe.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • 🏢 Selling sponsorship and media packages for a flagship London event and other high-value projects.
  • ☎️ Engaging C-suite and senior management in asset management, banking, and FinTech.
  • 💡 Identifying new revenue opportunities across events, online media, and data products.
  • 🤝 Maintaining client relationships from pitch to delivery.
  • 🗂️ Supporting reporting and administration in line with structured internal processes.
Who We’re Looking For
  • 18-24 months+ experience selling sponsorship/advertising in institutional finance, investment, or FinTech media.
  • Experienced in high-value sales (£5k-£60k packages, with total sales >£150k).
  • Consultative approach to selling - you understand client needs and deliver solutions.
  • Able to manage your own pipeline effectively.
  • Creative thinker who can spot opportunities across events and media channels.
