Partner Development Director will be responsible for driving significant revenue growth and expanding Equifax UK's market reach through strategic partnerships in the AutomatedReceivables market. This role involves identifying, developing, and managing relationships with key partners, including technology providers, resellers, system integrators, and strategic alliances. The Partner Development Director is a key contributor to Equifax UK’s growth strategy, fostering innovation and delivering mutual value through collaborative partnerships.

What You’ll Do
  • Strategic Partner Identification & Development: Identify and prioritize potential partners aligned with Equifax UK's strategic objectives and target markets. Develop and execute comprehensive partner recruitment and onboarding strategies. Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and partnership opportunities.

  • Execution Focused Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partner stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Conduct regular partner performance reviews with agreed KPIs that measure progress. Develop and execute joint business plans.

  • Revenue Growth & Business Development: Develop and implement joint go-to-market strategies with partners to drive revenue growth. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling partner joint value propositions. Negotiate and manage partner agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. Monitor and report on partner performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.

  • Collaboration & Internal Alignment: Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams locally, and globally where required, to ensure partner alignment with Equifax UK's overall strategy. Provide regular updates to senior management on partner performance and market trends. Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice development across the partner ecosystem.

  • Market Insights & Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies. Represent Equifax UK at industry events and conferences, promoting partnership opportunities. Contribute to the development of thought leadership content related to partnerships and market trends.

What Experience You Need
  • Extensive experience in partner development, alliance management, or business development within AutomatedReceivables.

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

  • Strong understanding of the UK market and partner ecosystem.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of Equifax products and services is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
