Job summary

Ridge and Partners LLP in Leeds is seeking a Salaried Partner Building Surveyor to lead and develop the existing Building Surveying Team in our Leeds office. You will be supported by an established multi-discipline practice and play a key role in client development and service leadership.

The successful candidate will oversee delivery across multiple sectors including public buildings, residential, education and healthcare, mentoring junior staff and driving growth with a commercial mindset.

Qualifications

• MRICS designation required.
• Consultancy experience in the Leeds marketplace.
• Commercially minded with enthusiasm for winning work and business development.
• Ability to manage own workload.
• Experience in managing team members and guiding projects.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Positive can-do attitude and excellent building surveying knowledge.
• Analytical mind with strong written and oral reporting.

We are seeking a passionate and focused Salaried Partner Building Surveyor who is looking to progress their career, working in a close-knit team. Sectors are varied but include public buildings and estates, residential and housing, education, retail, healthcare, commercial and insurance work. You will be expected to be heavily involved in key client development, financial forecasting, team management and growth.
