My client, a global multi-disciplinary executive search firm based in Central London, requires a Partner to lead their Asset Management offering.

Working within a candidate centric, retained assignment environment, this role is fundamental in the origination and delivery of key assignments as well as the ongoing growth of the highly successful Financial Services practice. You will utilise your extensive network of industry sources, identifying and winning mandates for you and your team to complete.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Asset Management offering and drive origination and delivery of key assignments within a retained, candidate-centric environment.


• Originate mandates and grow the Financial Services practice in collaboration with other partners.


• Utilise an extensive network to identify, win, and execute mandates for you and your team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record within executive search, with a clear history of success.


• Knowledge and a relevant network of Board and C-level leaders across Asset & Wealth Management and Alternatives.


• Excellent academics, strong communication and organisational skills.
