JMC Legal Recruitment is seeking a Contentious Trust & Probate Partner/Head of Department for their London, City office. You will lead high-value trust and probate disputes, advising HNW clients and executors, with 8+ PQE and a track record in complex litigation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years PQE in Contentious Probate

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of probate and trust disputes
• Handle will challenges and 1975 Act claims
• Advise executors, trustees and beneficiaries
• Oversee issues arising from trust administration and independent appointments

Contentious Trust & Probate Partner/Head of Department 8+ PQE |Top Tier L500 & HNW Chambers Ranked | London, City

This Top Tier L500 ranked London practice is recognised for its specialist contentious probate work, advising a broad client base ranging from high-net-worth individuals to vulnerable clients and the organisations supporting them.

This is a chance to work as part of the wider Private Client team which is one of the most established in the UK with 45 Fee-Earners.

The Role:

You will manage a varied caseload of probate and trust disputes, including:

• Will challenges
• 1975 Act claims
• Executor, trustee and beneficiary disputes
• Issues arising from trust administration and independent appointments
