Job summary

Lift Trinity is seeking a part-time Primary Teacher to join our school on Thursdays and Fridays. You will plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons, supporting all learners and building strong relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.

We welcome both experienced teachers and ECTs who want to develop their practice, share ideas and make a real difference in our school community. A supportive network and safeguarding focus are central to our approach.

Qualifications

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons.
• Strong commitment to safeguarding and pupil welfare.
• Positive, reflective team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that support pupils to make progress.
• Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment.
• Adapt teaching to meet needs of pupils, including those with SEND.
• Assess pupils' learning and provide effective feedback for planning.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share ideas and best practice.
• Communicate positively with parents and carers and contribute to the school community.
• Take an active role in the wider life of the school and enrichment activities.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, behaviour and professional conduct.
