Job summary

The Range in Bodmin is recruiting a part-time Warehouse Assistant to support the Warehouse Supervisor and ensure goods in/out procedures run smoothly in line with company policies.

You will check deliveries quickly and accurately, stamp and date notes, complete all relevant paperwork neatly and promptly, and maintain accurate stock locations while following safety procedures to protect customers and staff at all times.

Qualifications

• Be able to check deliveries quickly and accurately.
• Ensure all delivery notes are stamped, dated and signed.
• Complete all relevant paperwork neatly and in a timely manner.
• Ensure shortages and over reports are completed on the day of delivery.
• Ensure accuracy of goods location.
• Follow Company procedures at all times and work in a manner that is safe and will not put either customers or other employees at risk by your actions.
• Satisfy store requirements in a fast and responsive way.
• Ensure all stock is handled with care at all times.

Responsibilities

• Assist Warehouse Supervisor to ensure goods in/out procedures run in line with company procedures.
• Check deliveries quickly and accurately and stamp/dates on notes.
• Complete relevant paperwork neatly and in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate goods location and reporting of shortages/overages.
• Follow safety guidelines to protect customers and fellow staff.
