Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a part-time waiting staff member at the Devonshire Arms to warmly greet guests and deliver excellent service across our pub brands. You’ll help serve food and drinks, ensuring guests leave happy and return for future visits.

The role supports a lively, team-driven environment with flexibility, including shifts that fit around you, and access to staff discounts, pensions and wellbeing perks. A friendly, guest-focused attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or waiting staff preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform tasks.
