Job summary

HAY is seeking a proactive Runner to support our UK Wholesale team in London. You will help keep our department store and retail spaces well-presented and aligned with the HAY brand standards. The role is part-time (16 hours per week) with travel across London and occasional overnight or early-morning installations.

Qualifications

• Some retail, styling or visual merchandising experience is beneficial but not essential.
• The role may be suited to a student or recent graduate.
• Willingness to travel across London and occasional overnight work for retail installations.
• Part-time pattern and 16 hours per week with flexible scheduling based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain presentation of HAY retail spaces in department stores and retail locations across London.
• Support the styling, replenishment and maintenance of displays.
• Assist with seasonal updates, product launches and visual merchandising changes.
• Assist with installation of fixtures within retail spaces, with occasional overnight or early morning work.
• Identify and report display or maintenance requirements to the UK Wholesale team.
• Contribute to the wider HAY UK team and support events when needed.
