A lettings agency in Derby is seeking a Part-Time Viewing Assistant to help tenants find their new homes. The role involves conducting property viewings, building positive relationships, and maintaining property standards. The ideal candidate will be friendly, organised, and have a full UK driving licence. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Viewing Assistant to join a highly regarded lettings agency in Derby. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, being out and about, and playing a key role in helping tenants find their perfect new home.
You’ll spend most of your time out of the office, visiting a variety of properties, welcoming prospective tenants, and representing a friendly, trusted brand within the local property market.
Conducting property viewings – primarily across HMO and residential properties, providing an engaging and informative experience for all potential tenants.
Acting as the face of the business, building positive relationships and showcasing properties in their best light.
Supporting the lettings team by feeding back on viewings, helping to secure tenancy agreements, and keeping everyone up to date.
Carrying out scheduled property inspections, including testing fire alarms and ensuring all properties are maintained to the highest standards.
Highlighting local amenities and lifestyle benefits, helping tenants make informed choices about their next home.
Working closely with a supportive, close‑knit team, providing assistance with other duties as required.

Friendly, professional, and approachable, with a genuine passion for property and people.
Reliable and punctual, able to manage your own schedule and keep to viewing appointments.
A confident communicator, comfortable engaging with a wide range of people and building strong rapport.
Organised and detail‑oriented, with great time management skills.
Interested in developing a long‑term career in the property industry.
A full UK driving licence and own transport is essential.
