Job summary

IVC Evidensia Wales is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon for a part-time role (20 hours per week) in our busy, well-equipped practice. You'll work a mix of consultations and surgeries alongside a supportive team, with no out-of-hours requirement and a focus on client care and clinical development.

The role offers a competitive salary up to £75,000 FTE DOE, plus a welcome bonus up to £2,500, and generous benefits including holiday and professional development.

Qualifications

• A Veterinary degree and registration (or eligibility to register) with the RCVS.
• Experience in clinical practice with growing confidence in routine medical and surgical cases.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
• A proactive approach to learning, with openness to feedback and development.

Responsibilities

• Work with the wider practice team to deliver a high standard of patient and client care across a varied caseload.
• Develop clinical skills and share knowledge with colleagues to support the team.
