Donnington Grove Veterinary Group is seeking a part-time receptionist at our Tadley branch. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling calls, appointments and administrative tasks with a friendly, professional approach.

The role requires excellent communication, organisational skills and confidence using IT systems. Some weekend work on a rota and travel to other nearby practices may be needed. Training will be provided.

Competenze

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and telephone skills are essential.
• Ability to work different shifts and some weekends on a rota basis.
