Job description

Driver Hire Colchester is currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Part-Time Van Driver to join our team.

Requirements:

• Must have your own transport to travel to and from work.

• Valid UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points (no DD, DR, or similar endorsements).

• Must have appropriate PPE, including steel toe cap boots (Hi-Vis provided by Driver Hire).

• Must be comfortable using both paper-based and PDA-based delivery systems.

Job Details:

• Start times: Between 03:00 and 06:00 AM.

• Flexible part-time hours, typically 2-4 days per week.

• Shift length: Between 8 and 10 hours (minimum 8 hours guaranteed when working).

• Pay rates:

  • £14.75/hour before 06:00
  • £13.69/hour after 06:00
  • £15.25/hour after 8 hours worked
