A reputable education recruitment agency in Northstowe seeks a Part-Time 1:1 Tutor to support students primarily in Maths and English. This role involves working with students who may have difficulty responding to conventional teaching methods. You will be required to provide lessons in various locations and must have relevant experience in tutoring, especially with SEN students. The position offers flexibility and a pay rate starting at £25 per hour.
Prospero Teaching are looking for a Tutor to work 1:1 with students in Willingham and the surrounding areas. We have a variety of different part-time tuition opportunities that can take place during the school day or after school hours/weekends. Successful tutors should be able to support mainly with the core subjects of Maths, English and sometimes Science across all key stages. The students we work with are usually low levels; the highest level you would be expected to tutor would be foundation level. You should be flexible, adaptable and have experience working within the education sector. Lessons could take place in either their home, care home or a local library. Students are likely to have difficulty responding to conventional teaching and may have behaviour and/or SEN difficulties. They are also likely to be working at lower levels than their peers.
