Job summary

Guardian Jobs is seeking a Course Team Leader for Travel and Tourism in Uxbridge. The post combines leadership of a curriculum team with teaching across NCFE Level 1–3 and BTEC HNC/HND programmes in International Travel & Tourism Management.

The role requires coordination of curriculum enrichment, staffing and resources, plus driving enrolment and achievement while ensuring high-quality delivery. This is a part-time, permanent post in a FE setting.

Qualifications

• Degree or Level 3 qualification in the relevant subject area
• Level 5 teaching qualification recognised by FE sector, or willingness to achieve with support
• GCSE Maths and English at grade C/4 or equivalent, or willingness to achieve

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support curriculum development and delivery
• Teach across a range of programmes including NCFE and BTEC modules
• Provide leadership to a curriculum staff team
• Organise and develop the curriculum with enrichment activities
• Maximise funding through enrolment, retention and achievement
• Liaise with College staff and external bodies
