Job summary

Booths is hiring a Trading Customer Assistant for the Longton store. This part-time role offers 20 hours per week with shifts across early mornings to late evenings and requires one Saturday per week. Availability is required to cover fair rotas and weekend demand.

You will be serving customers at checkouts, replenishing stock, checking dates on produce and groceries, and assisting with deliveries. Training will help you provide Booths' warm northern welcome to shoppers.

Qualifications

• Part-time availability, including Saturdays
• Customer service mindset and ability to work in a busy retail environment
• Flexibility to work early mornings or evenings

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at the checkouts and assist with packing and bagging
• Replenish stock and check dates across fresh produce and groceries
• Help unload deliveries and support store operations as needed
