Job summary

Eurocell plc, the UK's market leader in uPVC building products, is seeking a part-time Sales Administrator at our Sheffield Trade Counter. The role focuses on converting enquiries into orders, building customer relationships and driving branch performance.

You will work 20 hours per week (10am–2pm, Monday to Friday) with a pro rata base salary of £29,080.48 and a realistic total earning potential of up to £32,680 per year, plus benefits and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• A natural sales instinct to engage customers and close opportunities.
• Customer-first mindset that turns great service into sales.
• Commercial awareness – understand margins, value and revenue growth.
• Strong organisation skills to manage tasks, deliveries and priorities.
• A full UK driving licence (FLT licence is a bonus).
• Experience in trade, merchanting, retail or glazing is helpful, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive trade counter sales by engaging customers, identifying needs, and recommending the right Eurocell products.
• Build strong customer relationships that lead to repeat business and long-term loyalty.
• Maximise branch profitability through upselling, cross-selling and margin awareness.
• Maintain high branch standards to create a professional, sales-driven environment.
• Support branch operations to ensure smooth, efficient, customer-focused service.
• Occasionally deliver products to customers using 3.5T flatbeds and LWB vans, strengthening relationships on every drop.
