Qualifications

  • Teaching or mentoring experience in wound care is advantageous.
  • Experience as a Tissue Viability Nurse is desirable; good wound care experience is encouraged.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, manage and evaluate treatment and care of patients with complex wounds and pressure ulcers.
  • Provide expert advice for effective management of complex wounds.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and disseminate education on wound care management.
