Part Time Telesales Executive

Redditch

£15k + Bonus (OTE £24k)

(FTE £25k basic / £40k OTE)

Hours: Week one: 9.30am to 2pm Monday to Friday Week two: 9.30am to 2pm four in five days plus 9am to 5pm Saturday

We're looking for a confident, motivated, and customer-focused Part Time Telesales Executive to join our client's team on a permanent basis. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in generating high-quality appointments for Sales Advisers and building strong relationships with both prospective and existing customers.

What You'll Do:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate qualified appointments.
  • Follow up on leads from various sources including online enquiries, coupon responses, and our lead database.
  • Maximise appointment conversion rates through effective communication and persuasive techniques.
  • Accurately log information into our CRM and ensure brochures and materials are sent promptly.
  • Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the Call Centre Manager.
