Overview

Part Time Telesales Executive — Redditch

£15k + Bonus (OTE £24k) | (FTE £25k basic / £40k OTE)

Hours

Hours: Week one: 9.30am to 2pm Monday to Friday. Week two: 9.30am to 2pm four in five days plus 9am to 5pm Saturday.

What You'll Do
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate qualified appointments.
  • Follow up on leads from various sources including online enquiries, coupon responses, and our lead database.
  • Maximise appointment conversion rates through effective communication and persuasive techniques.
  • Accurately log information into our CRM and ensure brochures and materials are sent promptly.
  • Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the Call Centre Manager.
