Job summary

Currys is hiring a Retail Sales Colleague in the UK. This part-time role starts at 8 hours per week, with flex to work more. The pay is £12.71 per hour, plus an average bonus of 89p per hour, increasing to £13.01 after probation.

You’ll join a friendly team and complete a short induction to get you selling and serving confidently. Training covers product demos and support services, from delivery to installation and payments.

Qualifications

• No in-depth knowledge of tech required; induction 2–3 days virtually or at Currys Academy, Fort Dunlop, Birmingham.
• Learn to sell, serve and support customers and make amazing happen.
• Store operates 7 days a week with local hours and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Asking the right questions to match customers with products.
• Making every customer interaction memorable.
• Offering support services like delivery and installation, recycling and ways to pay.
• Contributing towards the overall sales performance of the store.
• Working across different departments and product ranges.
• Supporting with the running of the store by completing operational tasks.
