EE Merthyr Tydfil Contact Centre in Bridgend is seeking a part-time Call Centre Agent to join our busy sales team. You will take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on phones and broadband, while guiding them through our range of tech products.

The role rewards outgoing, energetic communicators with a flair for listening and matching customers to the right product. Previous retail or hospitality experience is a plus.
