Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Reading is seeking a Part Time Team Member for the Tylers Rest. You’ll greet guests, deliver friendly service and, with training, help out in the kitchen and at the bar.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent guest service and communication.
• Willingness to help across front-of-house and back-of-house areas.

Responsibilities

• Greet, serve and look after guests to ensure they want to return.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Assist in kitchen preparation, cooking and presenting food as needed.
• Create a friendly atmosphere with the team and guests.
