Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is hiring a Part Time Team Member for the Potters Wheel, part of the Sizzling Pub & Grill family, in Newcastle-under-Lyme. You’ll greet guests and deliver great service in a welcoming pub setting.

You’ll also help out in the kitchen and on the bar with training from the team, contributing to a warm, sociable atmosphere and ensuring guests have a memorable visit.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly guest service in a hospitality setting.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Willing to learn and support kitchen and bar roles.

Responsibilities

• Greet, serve and look after our guests ensuring they can't wait to come back.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Support the kitchen preparing, cooking and presenting food.
