Job summary

The March Hare, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking a Part Time Team Member to provide warm welcomes and excellent service in our pubs and restaurants. You’ll assist in the kitchen and on the bar as needed, with training and support to help you grow in a busy, friendly environment.

Join us for flexible shifts, staff discounts across brands, and a supportive team. Prior hospitality experience is welcomed but not required. We value your energy and teamwork as part of the Inn crowd.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is helpful.
• Able to greet guests and deliver friendly service.
• Willing to help across kitchen and bar when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, serve and look after guests, ensuring they want to return.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Assist in kitchen tasks including food preparation and presentation.
• Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere.
