Job summary

GAIL's Bread is seeking a Part Time Team Leader to guide a frontline team and drive performance across daily operations. The role focuses on developing colleagues, maintaining service standards and modelling strong leadership in a fast-paced bakery environment.

You will be responsible for organising shifts, communicating clearly with staff and ensuring customers receive high-quality food and service. This is a part-time position with flexibility and opportunities for progression within GAIL's
