Longthorpe Primary Academy in Peterborough is seeking a Teaching Assistant (Level 2) for a 16.67-hour per week, part-time role. Immediate start with a fixed term until 31 August 2027, to support pupil learning and wellbeing.

The role offers Grade 6 on the NJC scale, prorated starting salary £10,522 with full-time equivalent £27,275, and term-time hours plus 1 week for training. Training and development are encouraged within a collaborative school community.

Qualifications

• Teaching Assistant (Level 2) role at Longthorpe Primary Academy.
• Immediate start | Part-time | Fixed term until 31 August 2027
• 16.67 hours per week (12:00-15:20) | Monday - Friday
• Term Time + 1 week equivalent hours, to be worked flexibly for training
