Job summary

Nuffield Health Glasgow Giffnock FWC is seeking a Bank Swim Instructor to deliver safe, engaging swimming lessons at our gym pool. You will hold ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 and bring a communicative, patient approach to learners of all ages.

This part-time, ad-hoc role offers up to £17.20 per hour, holiday + pension, and access to discounted gym membership. You’ll work with a supportive team to help members meet their swimming goals.

Qualifications

• ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification.
• Good people skills and a love for swimming.
• Lessons run through the Swim England framework.

Responsibilities

• Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages to achieve their swimming goals.
• Make the most out of every opportunity to help people learn and develop.
• Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes.
• Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach.
• Have a talent for teaching that meets people’s individual needs.
• Promote memberships by explaining the advantages that our facilities offer.
