Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Swim Instructor for our Edinburgh site on a bank, part-time basis. You will deliver safe, effective swimming lessons to diverse customers, following the Swim England framework.

Required SSTQ Level 7, STA, or Swim England Level 2 qualifications, plus strong people skills and a passion for swimming. Deliver both one-to-one and group sessions and promote memberships.

Qualifications

• Qualified SSTQ Level 7, STA, or Swim England Level 2 is required.
• Good people skills and a love for swimming are essential.
• Swim England framework is used to structure lessons.

Responsibilities

• Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages to achieve their goals.
• Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes.
• Be a positive, engaging role model and tailor teaching to individual needs.
• Promote memberships by explaining facility advantages.
• Help learners learn and develop through every opportunity.
