Sistema Scotland’s Big Noise Govanhill is seeking a Support Worker to join our team, delivering a visionary, socially driven children’s orchestra centre. The role involves supporting musicians, participating in sessions, and building relationships with children and families.

This is a temporary post until the end of June 2027, working between 6 and 12 hours per week and between Monday and Thursday (exact hours and days to be agreed) term time only (40 weeks of the year).

Qualifications

• Experience in a supportive role in education or community settings.
• Experience working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Support Big Noise Musicians in delivering the after-school programme.
• Model engagement and attention for children.
• Build strong relationships with children and families to maximise potential.
