A leading residential childcare provider in Poole is seeking a Part-Time Support Worker for young people aged 16+. Responsibilities include supporting emotional and practical needs, helping develop essential life skills, and motivating youth in their personal goals. Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, experience with young people, and excellent communication skills. Role: Part-Time Support Worker (Young People, 16+ Supported Housing)
Pay rate: £13 per hour, plus sleep in enhancement of £55 per shift
Location: Based in Poole
Hours: 15 hours per week, plus sleep-in. The rota is as follows on a three-week rolling basis:
Additional training and team meeting attendance is mandatory and will be paid as overtime, flexibility is a must.
