Job summary

PVH Corp. and Tommy Hilfiger are seeking a Sales Associate to join the store team in a luxury retail environment. You will share a passion for the brand with customers and colleagues, driving sales, ensuring an impeccable store presentation and an outstanding customer experience.

You will demonstrate product knowledge, build outfits, and make recommendations, while staying aligned with brand values and current fashion trends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and use upselling/link selling to drive business.
• Outfit build for customers and provide recommendations to drive store KPI's.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships to secure regular clientele.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador with a keen interest in fashion trends.
• Ensure shop and stockroom are well-presented and organized.
• Show flexibility and adaptability during peak trade and changing conditions.
