Jigsaw in Glasgow is seeking a passionate Part-Time Style Advisor (16 hours per week) to join our store team on a permanent basis. You will play an active role in driving sales and inspiring the team to meet KPI targets, while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a vibrant store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Play an active role in stores sales growth through commercial analysis and KPI analysis.
• Inspire the team on how to deliver against store targets and KPIs.
• Role model exceptional customer experience and support the team to achieve high standards.
• Support the manager in keeping store and team connected to customers and communities.
• Assist the manager in their absence and cover key hold responsibilities.
• Follow health, safety and security guidelines.
