A leading media client in the West End is seeking a part-time Studio Coordinator/Junior Office Manager for a 6-month role. This position requires someone with experience in office management to handle reception, event organization, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should enjoy social interactions and thrive in a small team environment, working on-site three days a week.
Part time Studio Coordinator/Junior Office Manager required for our West End based Media client. We are looking for an experienced Receptionist, Coordinator or ideally Office Manager, with experience running a small office space. The role will be based on site 3 days per week and you will be the 'go to' person in the office. The role is expected to start at the beginning of July and run for an estimated 6 months.
As a priority you will:
-Reception duties- meeting guest and organsing catering
-Organise events, assist HR with onboarding
-Deal with all facilities related admin
To be successful you will need:
-Be able to demonstrate ownership in a similar role
-Enjoy being social and building rapport with people
-Keen to make a difference in a small office space
