The Royal Veterinary College (RVC) is inviting applications for a part-time Vehicle Administrator to join the Estates team at Hawkshead Campus. The role focuses on administering the student vehicle fleet used for rotations, ensuring bookings, documentation and inspections meet RVC policies and safety standards.

Flexibility with hours is required and the position offers access to in-house CPD, generous annual leave, pension and a range of on-site facilities.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day administration and coordination of the RVC's student vehicle fleet used for travel to clinical rotations.
• Manage vehicle bookings, compliance requirements, documentation and inspections in line with RVC policies and health and safety standards.
