Job summary

BIMM University is seeking a part-time Student Recruitment & Promotions Officer to support outreach, events and campaigns across campuses. You'll engage schools, colleges and prospective students, delivering information and guidance while representing BIMM University at recruitment events.

The role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work both independently and with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in student recruitment, outreach, events, marketing, admissions or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences.
• Experience presenting information to groups and representing an organisation professionally.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other digital systems.
• Flexible approach with willingness to support occasional evening/weekend events.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver outreach activities with schools, colleges and partners.
• Develop relationships with teachers, careers advisers and stakeholders.
• Represent BIMM University at careers fairs and recruitment events.
• Provide information, advice and guidance to prospective students.
• Coordinate recruitment events including Open Days and virtual activities.
• Support Student Ambassadors and campus tours.
• Contribute to campaigns across digital channels, including social media.
• Maintain records of recruitment activity and event outcomes.
• Assist with auditions and interviews administration with academic teams.
