Part-time Student Accommodation, Finance & Transport Co-ordinator

Salary: Up to £25,611 (full‑time equivalent) pro rata for part‑time (dependent on skills and experience)

Working Pattern: Between 22.5 hours and 30 hrs per week

Location: Sparsholt campus

Closing Date: 20th November 2025

Responsibilities

The post holder will support the Student Admin Support Coordinators, providing an efficient student administration service in connection with transport, accommodation and Student finance. This role requires excellent organisation and customer service skills, and the competence to use databases, MS Office and computerised accounting systems.

• Educated to A-Level or equivalent • Previous relevant experience, ideally in a similar role • Strong organisational and customer service abilities • Proficiency with databases, MS Office and computerised accounting systems
