Job summary

H&T Group plc in Sidcup is hiring a Part Time Store Colleague. You will be the face of our leading pawnbroker, delivering friendly service across 15 contracted hours per week. Starting rate £13.52 per hour, rising to £14.21 once training is complete (London Weighting).

A discretionary bonus of up to £2,000 per year is also available, pro-rated. We offer full training, flexible weekend work, and a benefits package including holidays, private healthcare, cycle to work and staff discounts.

• No pawnbroking experience required; a genuine interest in people and willingness to learn.
• Full training provided to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach.
• Assist customers with pawnbroking, retail sales and financial products.
• Maintain high standards of compliance and store presentation.
• Work collaboratively with your team to exceed targets.
• Handle transactions accurately and securely.
• Multilingual skills are a bonus – not required.
