Job summary

Heron Foods is hiring a Store Assistant on a part-time basis in Corby. The role involves hands-on, active duties across the store, with responsibilities including stocking, customer service, and teamwork to hit daily targets.

Training and progression are available within a growing retailer network. We offer a friendly work environment, 12 hours per week, and a wage up to £12.71 per hour based on age and experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or hospitality preferred but not essential.
• Able to greet customers and assist with enquiries.
• Maintain a friendly, can-do approach in a busy store environment.

Responsibilities

• Help unload and organise deliveries to keep stock flowing.
• Keep shelves neat, tidy, and fully stocked to provide a great shopping experience.
• Greet customers and offer assistance when needed with a friendly, helpful approach.
• Work with your team to meet daily targets and maintain store standards.
